These terms govern your use of the YPK TECH website. They do not govern any services we provide to you under a separate agreement. Where a signed statement of work, managed services agreement or quotation exists, that document prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict.

The content of this website is provided for general information. It describes the services we offer and the way we structure engagements. It is not technical, legal, financial or compliance advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a professional relationship. Where this site describes a regulatory obligation, it is a summary written for a general reader and the legislation itself governs.

No published claims without evidence

We do not publish client names, logos, testimonials, case study figures or performance statistics on this website unless the client has approved the publication in writing and the figures can be substantiated.
