Pricing

How engagements are priced

We publish the structure, not a number, because a per seat figure quoted before anyone looks at your environment changes later.

Questions

Pricing questions

The things people ask before they ask for a number.

Ask us directly

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because an honest number needs to know how many users and devices there are, what is running, how much of it is already managed and what condition it is in. We would rather quote once, accurately, than advertise a figure that changes at the first site visit.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. A discovery call costs nothing.

Is there a minimum size of business you work with?

There is no hard floor, but managed agreements tend to make sense from roughly ten users upward. Below that, project and assessment work is usually the better fit, and we will say so.

What are the contract terms?

Managed agreements are commonly twelve months with a thirty day notice period. There is no automatic escalation clause and no exit fee for retrieving your own documentation and credentials.
